A Message From Dr. Trischuk

Dear Patients of Crescent Park Dental Clinic,

What started in 1995 as a young dentist asking the people of Prince Albert and the surrounding area to trust him with their dental health has grown into something that has meant far more to us than simply a dental practice.

For 31 years, it has been our privilege to care for you and your families. We have watched children grow into adults, welcomed new generations of patients, and shared in so many important moments along the way. Many of you have become much more than patients- you have become friends. We are incredibly grateful for the trust you have placed in us over all these years. It has been an honour to care for you, and we will carry those memories with us for the rest of our lives.

We are also very pleased to share that effective November 1, 2026 Dr. Jeremy Svenkeson and Dr. Ashley Toporowski will be continuing the practice and caring for you going forward. We have had the opportunity to work alongside Jeremy and Ashley and have seen firsthand the quality of care, professionalism, and genuine concern they have for their patients.

We wholeheartedly endorse Jeremy and Ashley as the next stewards of Crescent Park Dental Clinic. We are confident that they will provide the same level of care and personal attention that you have come to expect from us and that has kept so many of you returning to the practice year after year. Knowing that the practice will remain in the hands of people we trust makes this transition much easier for us.

We are excited to see what the future holds for Crescent Park Dental Clinic under Jeremy and Ashley's care, and we hope that you will welcome them and continue to place your trust in them as you have trusted us.

As for both of us, in retirement, we are looking forward to slowing down, spending more time with family, being present for our children and grandchildren, and enjoying some of the things that we have put off while building and caring for our practice.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives for the past 31 years. Thank you for your trust, your loyalty, your friendship, and for allowing us to care for generations of your families. It has been an incredible privilege.
